One can contains 160 mg caffeine. In comparison, 1 cup of coffee (approx. 200 ml) has approx. 70 mg of caffeine!
The contained BCAA stands for "branched chain amino acids". It is the branched chain amino acids which include L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine . These are three of the 8 essential amino acids that our body has to get from food because it cannot produce them itself.
L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid.
In addition, the Reign Energy drink the vitamins niacin, vitamin B6 and B12. The vitamins contribute, among other things, to reducing tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
Note: Increased caffeine content (32mg/100ml). Not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
