Best Body Nutrition L-Carnitine ampoules are a highly dosed, ready-to-drink liquid with a delicious lime flavor containing 1030 mg L-carnitine per portion. By using Carnipure® from Lonza, Best Body Nutrition relies on L-carnitine with the highest raw material quality. Lonza Carnipure® is 100% L-carnitine with 0% D-carnitine, Kosher and Halal certified, and allergen-free.
L-carnitine is a compound of the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is an endogenous substance that is mainly found in the muscles and the heart muscle.
The L-Carnitine ampoules have also been enriched with vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients. The body cannot produce these itself, they have to be made available through food or supplements. The contained vitamin B6 contributes to a normal energy metabolism. A well-functioning energy metabolism is important for generating energy, which in turn is of great importance for maintaining the body's basic functions.
Best Body Nutrition recommends a daily intake of one ampoule of L-carnitine approx. 20 minutes before training and on non-training days immediately after getting up. A tray contains 20 ampoules of 25 ml each (℮ 500 ml).
Note: The specified recommended daily consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children.
