They are therefore also ideal for a carbohydrate-reduced diet.

Fit4Day uses plant-based protein as a source of protein. Thanks to the use of high-quality pea protein isolate, the pasta has a protein content of 61%. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced diet. Since muscles are largely made up of protein, the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscles and normal bones.

The preparation of the Fit4Day High Protein Pasta is no different from that of conventional pasta. For 1 serving, add about 100 g of pasta to boiling salted water. Let cook for 11 to 13 minutes. When cooked, you get 227 g of finished high-protein pasta per portion. Together with a fresh pesto, this makes a delicious main meal.

Store the product closed, dry, protected from light and at room temperature up to max. 25 °C. After opening, store in a cool, dry and closed place and use up after 1 month.
