With the Fit 4 Day Protein Pizza baking mix, a carb reduced* and high protein pizza can be made without much effort prepare yourself. This makes pizza suitable for fitness and fits into a low-carb diet.
The Fit4Day Protein Pizza provides 33% protein. Milk, whey and wheat protein form the basis for the high protein content. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced diet. Muscles consist largely of protein, so the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscles and normal bones.
Preparation is child's play: Simply knead 250 g of the baking mix with 180 ml of cold water for about 6 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough on the baking tray between 2 strips of baking paper. Peel off the top strip. Cover the dough as desired. Bake the finished pizza for 12 to 14 minutes at 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
